PatriciaGRAHAMIt is with Heavy hearts and joyful memories, that we announce the passing of our lovely mum Patricia Graham of Kirkpatrick Durham, affectionally known as Ma, who left us on 31st May 2026.
A wonderful mother to Rachael, Dawn and Ross, adored granny to Beatriz, Flynn and Hunter and loved by so many more.
Please join us to celebrate her life on Tuesday 16th June 1pm at Roucan Loch Crematorium. We invite you to wear something bright in her memory.
